Trains
Freight Train would be used in my future classroom by introducing/reviewing colors. This way the students can have a visual of what each color is. As a class we could also talk about how a train works and the different parts of a train (ex: caboose, engine, etc). In the book it also talks about trestles, cities, and tunnels which is where the train travels. In my classroom I would have students write or draw a picture in their journal about traveling on a train. If they could travel anywhere they wanted to on a train, where would they go?
